Homemade Spaghetti

From this,

to this

It's been a while since I last cooked. So for bf and I's monthly anniversary or shall we say, monthsary, I cooked some spaghetti. Now if it was my dad who was with us, he would've said that everytime I cooked spaghetti, it always tasted different.

Which is pretty weird, because as far as I know, I've used the same ingredients over and over.

Except this time. Now for the ingredients.

1 large onion
1 large garlic
1/4 kilo ground beef
1 kilo spaghetti noodles
margarine
1 bar cheese
3 sachets cheese spread
2 beef broth cubes
evaporated milk
store bought spaghetti sauce

If you have never cooked spaghetti before, this should be the easiest guide to follow in cooking it.

  1. Mince garlic and onion.
  2. Boil enough water with 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil for your pasta.
  3. Cook noodles for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Rinse the noodles with tap water and set aside.
  5. Cook the ground beef in boiling water.
  6. Heat sauce pan.
  7. Melt enough margarine in the pan to saute the minced onion and garlic in.
  8. Saute cooked ground beef in with the minced onion and garlic.
  9. Cook for approximately five minutes.
  10. Empty one sachet of cheese spread into the pan.
  11. Pour the spaghetti sauce onto the mixture and just cook for the next ten minutes.
  12. Grate cheese.
Once the sauce is ready, just pour it on top of your noodles and top it with your grated cheese.

Simple, ain't it?
