Honestly, I've been wanting to try eating at a Japanese restaurant since forever. But I never really got to do it, nor even plan to do it---until last night. Hazel and I planned to just submit the requirements to update our addresses at work and we jsut got lucky that the HR lady still entertained our request for the update. After the grueling process of getting all that done, we both headed to the Ayala Center so that we can pick out some fabrics and designs for the upcoming masquerade ball that's being sponsored by the company we work for as a celebration to the First Anniversary of the account that we work in.
But before we went to the fabrics section, we did a little side trip: Rai Rai Ken.
I had to admit, the place doesn't look as big as it does outside, but it was pretty cozy. The lighting was good, and the seats were comfy. So let's get on to the ordering part. I ordered the Crunchy Salmon Roll, which did not only look pretty, but it was surprisingly good.
